Stay hydrated for healthier skin

April 12th, 2011

When we are dehydrated are skin is lacking water too. Although your skin is the largest organ in the body, it is also the last organ to receive any kind of nutrition. Simple formula to know how much water you need to be drinking a day, lb/2=#oz of water (your weight divided by 2 equals the number of ounces you need to drink a day)

A simple routine that’s beneficial…

2 glasses of water after waking up, or before/ with breakfast- helps activate internal organs, 1 glass of water 30 minutes before meals – helps digestion, and 1 glass of water before going to bed.

These breakouts occur due to a hormonal increase in your body.  This is just one of the most common reasons due to breakouts in this area.  I’m going to be breaking down the zones on the face map by telling you what you should expect to see in those areas, why it’s expected and a Chinese diagnosis.  Remember that pigmentation, dehydration and sensitization can occur in any zone.
