Simple formula to know how much water you need to be drinking a day, lb/2=#oz of water (your weight divided by 2 equals the number of ounces you need to drink a day)

2 glasses of water after waking up, or before/ with breakfast- helps activate internal organs, 1 glass of water 30 minutes before meals – helps digestion, and 1 glass of water before going to bed.
